POOR SERVICE

I bought 2 side lamps from north riding and the 1 was of poor quality so i returned it for a better one. I was told that there was no stock and an IBT would be made from the Silver lakes branch. this was on 11/09/2020 till today no one has gotten back to me. I tried to them twice and on both times i was told that they would call me back they need to go check. no ONE called me back. This is upsetting because i paid for that lamp and no one cares to put customer first. If they font have that lamp then refund me for both lamps as I have not opened the other one! IBTs dont even take that long I have worked at a retail store before!
