Poor service!

I bought 3 office desks. One was damaged due to too long *****s provided. I lodged my complaint on 12 September 2023. I immediately got a case number and was impressed with the quick response, just to learn later that there are absolutely no service after receiving this useless case number! I phoned them a week later and the person dealing with my case was off sick and I was holding on for about 30 minutes just for them to drop my call!!!! Phoned again and they promised that the assigned person, Dareshen will phone me the next morning. We are now on the 25th of September and I am still waiting for my call. This is the company where I would want to buy all my boardroom furniture!! But no thank you.
