poor service

I have ordered and paid for study desk and chair on the 26 th May 2020 at Decofurn Northriding. I was told they will deliver in 5 - 10 day. None phoned until i phoned after 10 days. they only had a chair and i requested my full refund. i have been calling, emailing and been to the store. I have practically not received my refund. its practically poor service at its best.
