Poor quality products and bad service

Poor quality and horrible service.

I bought a duvet inner from Decorfurn and used it for less than a month and the product was already deteriorating in quality. Upon calling for a refund, since I was not pleased, I was, to my shock told that I cannot be refunded as it has passed seven days. The duvet inner is falling apart and my money has gone down the drain. Utterly disgusted!
