Poor quality of product

I’m extremely unhappy with the poor workmanship and poor quality of the couch I purchased on the 29 June I reported this on the 4th July hardly seven days after the purchase and I am not being helped and have been told I won’t be getting a refund. The couch is extremely uncomfortable and hard I want to return this as this is no value for money I’m extremely unhappy! Terms and conditions were not communicated to me prior to payment and no all of a sudden I’m told about this! Poor service
