Poor Quality of furniture

I reported that I bought a bed base at decorfurn and it is damaged on the headboard, the *****s are almost out, it will fall apart in no time. But guess what? I received a very bad response from decorfurn, thank you very much. Its really an eye opener for me to opt buying at reputable experienced businesses, who handle customers well. I would advise the public to not buy the bed base attached to this review. It is bad quality, poorly made. How can a bed pull off from the headboard when you simply shift it? I will take this further to Consumer Commission, this is plainly exploitation of my rights.
