POOR QUALITY, BROKEN BED & SHOCKING SERVICE

<p>I am not surprised by all the negative reviews on Decofurn. I bought a bed from Northriding branch beginning of April, within 2 months it has snapped and now their rude staff member Wilhelm Engelbrecht is giving me the runaround for tax invoices (which they should have copies of) and what not despite the fact that I work long hours and have stressed the urgency of the bed replacement as I do not have another bed. I must now go home tonight, find this ****** tax invoice, take pictures, sleep on the couch when I'm working tomorrow and send this **** through to him tomorrow. Only then will a manager have a look at my complaint he says. What a **** of a place, my thousands are down the drain. NEVER BUY FROM DECOFURN!!! Thank God this happened before I bought a coffee table, dining table and lounge suite from them end of this month. Disgusting!</p>
