Poor quality and Service!!!

Do NOT buy office chairs with wheels from this supplier!!! The quality is very poor!!! I have a chair at my work place that was bought from this company and it lasted me less than a year!! I bought another chair from them in February of this year and the back rest has broken off on one side and the front mountings of the chair broke loose from the seat at the front. I don't jump on the chair or have parties on it, I just sit on it!!! I have taken the chair back to Decofurn only to hear that the manager is not there, and they will call me, I 'm still waiting for the call!! The service and quality are just **********!!!
