Poor quality and even worse service!

Bought a very expensive couch with much excitement, that excitement did not last long. The springs on the couch popped out and one of the seats broke in completely after a few short months. A family member bought the EXACT same unit and it fell apart 2 months after purchase.

I called the store and they said they cannot assist me, I asked for assistance on who could help me fix the couch perhaps as I was willing to pay at this point and they said it is not their issue. Now I am sitting (or not sitting) with a extremely expensive piece of furniture that cannot be used. Not surprised that the store has not responded to anyone, they take no accountability
