Poor Quality and Bad Service

Purchased a couch in June 2017. Couches quality is extremely inferior. The Couches have miss shaped and the mechanisms are faulty. We picked up the couch to move it and the one double set broke on the side which is rediculious. The side hand rest pushes out to sides when you sit and couches have tilted to the side the overall look is inferior. I called and spoke to Petrus in durban and was promised someone will be out within 2 days to inspect which never materialised. I called back a week later and still no one came out proceed to call 3 days later to be told they can't pick my details up and then after debating details were picked up. 2 days later I get a call to say the driver is outside my gate with no arrrangments made. He then confirms at 3.20 the same day he is on his way to my place and I rush off work to be left waiting yet again with them not showing up. The after service is absolutely unprofessional and the quality of the product is inferior especially for the price that we have paid. I will never recommend them to anyone.
