poor quality

bought a sleigh bed on 16/10/2019 in somerset mall they first gave us wrong order (one side of double other side of queen) but they checked before delivering i'm sure. 2 bed had a chip and paint on the headboard we called they said they can only deliver the next day because of the location then my husband called n fought so the manager agreed to deliver the bed later that day after 17H00 ! now is the 30/03/2020 the bed broke from the bottom wood and i've been sleeping alone on the bed i have no idea how or what happened and i'm only 70kg only because i'm pregnant! called and was told to send an email how helpful! worst nightmare and its lock-down that means i must make a plan cause my husband will only be back next week!hopefully they will still consider their bed after 21 days of lock-down because i'm not sure whether to use a glue or what! i'm so disappointed !
