I bought a 2 headboards and 3 pedestals for my new house, I was so happy with the staff I bought and decided to go back to buy the Diana 6 Drawer Dresser, it was a mistake that I have ever made. At first I waiting for 2 hours at the dispatch after paying for it, and had to ask where was my goods where, suddenly they brought a damaged drawer that was on display and wanted to pass it as a new one, I refused to take it because I paid for a new one and not for a second hand, then I was told they were out of stock and they will definitely deliver it during the week because it was Saturday and all the shops were closed. Guess what, that didn't happen, it took them almost month for them to deliver my dresser after the calls and emails that were exchanged between myself and the company. Suddenly a few months later the dresser's top part is peeling and some of the drawers are not aligned properly, literally it is broken and not in good condition and was not expecting that to happen so soon, it didn't take a year for it to be in this condition. I decided to go back to the shop were I bought it and was taken from pillar to post, the manager literally ignored me, I stood there for a while until some guy attended to me. I explained to him why I was there and he said to me I should send an email to him with the pictures attached then he will forwarded to the head office for them to assist me. Up until to date I haven't received any response from Decofurn in Greenstone

I'm very disappointed with their service and the quality of they goods, they don't have good customer care service.
