Poor Customer Service - Poor Quality products

Decofurn Boksburg is by far the worst furniture store I have ever bought from! It took 6months for them to sort my faulty bed out which till this day isn’t even really sorted. Their Dean leather King XL bases are faulty and so are their coffee table. Their furniture breaks before the warranty is up and then they drag the case till your warranty expires and when you address this with Jacques the factory store manager he is so rude, he doesn’t respond to emails until you complain to head office and the service I received today was atrocious when I told him I’m not happy about my experience with him he tells me I must complain to head office what is that? I left the store with a dirty mattress even
