Poor customer Service: Decofurn Silverlakes

Myself also experienced the unprofessional service received from Decofurn,Silverlakes,Pretoria East and strongly recommend reconsidering purchasing from another furniture store or at least a different decofurn and hope for better service. I have purchased a few items but one item was not in stock at the time. It was confirmed that it will arrive within 7 working days. After a month and with no update from the outlet I contacted to make inquiry about the status of my item. I was told that the item has arrived at some stage and its available for pick up. Just to be informed at my arrival that they made a mistake and that it was not there. Another 7 days was promised but only after another week it has arrived. On the delivery day the item was supposed to be delivered at 17h00 but with no excuse arrived at 22h30 that evening. After assembling the item it was discovered that one panel was not included. After several attempts with management of the store I am still without the panel and no effort was done from anyone to restore my trust Really poor customer service
