Poor customer service

Ordered a tv stand in February 2024, the stand was faulty and I reported it immediately .

Communication was had with a consultant and she said she would send the correct item, an item was sent however it was still incorrect. I reported the matter again…it’s May 2024 and I am yet to be assisted further
