POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Where do I even begin with this horrible company.

I bought a sleeper couch and when they delivered I realized it’s too small for my place. I then took it back, I didn’t even assemble this coach. When I got there I spoke to the warehouse manager Chanel and she told me the couch had a stain and they not taking it back. She was screaming in my face and as I was talking to her, she told the guys that work there to take it outside in the parking lot. Now at this point I’m livid. I emailed them complaining about this and nothing has been done, instead I was told to bring back the couch for inspection. I refuse to spend anymore than I have on this couch, someone must come get this couch and tell me what actions they taking against Chantel. I can’t believe this is what’s happening in 2020, while we have movements like ‘black lives matter’. I’m shocked to say the least
