Poor Customer service

Terrible customer service from Decofurn Greenstone.Ordered some items on the 11th of June ,was told the stock will be available for me to collect in 7 days and I will be called .Fast forward a month later still haven't received any call. I constantly called and followed up and when calling I would be told "we checking for you,will call you back and no one would call back..Fast forward I request a refund since I couldn't get my items. I was told to go fill a refund form at the store. I did that and was told in 7 days I will get my money...fast forward 2 weeks later still haven't received my money I call back to enquire and I'm constantly told we checking,will call you back as usual and no one calls back ...I request to speak to a manager who was so rude to me ...The guy tells me "You just need to wait for whenever the money reflects on your account ,it's not like we will eat your money". The nerve, I am very disappointed. That is definitely not the way to treat customers. A manager even????
