Poor customer service

Ordered furniture on 16th using their online services, on the 24th I received a call from them asking me if I received my furniture. I told them no arrangement has been made with me as yet, then they promised to deliver on 25th. I still have not received any communication, all their phone are not manned and when they do answer they are no help at all.they just transfer you without explanation and like no one knows what's happening . should have read their reviews before I bought from this guys.Lesson learned.
