Poor customer service

Contacted the factory store in Moddefontein to test a mattress. I phoned (twice) to confirm they had the mattress (Truform Ultra Max 140) to which i was told - yes they have it on the floor -(twice i checked) I arrived to test the mattress and it not be located. Waited around for 10 minutes and no response was provided. I simply left. I was told they will look in the warehouse, but also no mattress was found.
