Poor Customer Service

Kenilworth Branch Pathetic waiting times on furniture delivery due to stock not being available. I was informed that my item would be available on Tuesday however no calls received and I had to call in today Thursday to find out that they are still waiting on stock which could be next month. Why take my money and make me wait for months then? Store advisor said that they don't call the customers unless the item is received in stock. I have phoned Decofurn on multiple occasions as a customer which I feel is ******* service as you would need to maintain that communication with the customer. Don't take peoples money then make them chase you what kind of a business is that? #Pathetic
