Poor client service

I got to Decofurn Boksburg at 15:45 and the gates were already closed. The website says they close at 4pm. I spoke to Bernita at the store and they said they don't let customers in after 15:45 and only let those who are collecting their stuff in. This is unacceptable because I drove from far to get here before 4pm because that is what the website communicated only to find that they do their own informal thing when you get here. Terribly poor client service.
