Poor assistants in the the shop and non working online system.

Wanted to buy a piece of furniture at them and very poor sales personnel assistants. Thirst I had to hunt down a sales person to help me because no one is working the floor, second I wanted to buy the product on a monthly payback method and you have to online do it and see if you qualify and all that. There online system does not work wont take me to the next page to continue the process and when asking the sales personnel for assistance they are of zero help just stand around with a dull expression on there face.

Very poor service, never going there again.
