POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE, APPALLING!!!

Their After Sales service is HORRIBLE. Once they have taken your money, THEY DO NOT CARE!!! Everything becomes your problem. They DO NOT ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY for their product warranty especially FACTORY FAULTS. Their office chairs caved in in the first month of use (6 chairs bought and 4 of them are faulty, they do not hold their prompt weight)

This Company is Cheap and you only find out why after buying!!!
