PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! THEY SELL POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND THEY CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

We bought a Kim Bed from this store and almost 2 months later we started having problems. The slaps that hold the mattress fall almost every night while sleeping and the mattress is of poor quality. They eventually changed the mattress. Then we have to wake up about 3 times a night just to fix the poor quality bed. My wife and i spent our Dec20 and Jan21 sleeping in one of the kid's bedroom as they were on holiday's at their gran's. We are now back at our bedroom as the kids are back home. Each night is a nightmare. Even when you sleep, you sleep with one eye open hoping the bed won't fall. I am always tired at work. We can't remember when was the last time we had a peaceful night sleep. I have been communicating with their useless customer care agents on email and the only time they respond is when you remind them else you just going to wait. They can't reach the conclusion on this. We are left with the stupid bed and this was a waste of money. We want the bed to be exchanged completely and they tell us they can't. Well, I'm planning to take back the bed to the store and burning it there as soon as i find the new bed somewhere else. This guys will rip you off. Please stay away. We had seen beautiful things at our store and planning to buy more stuff for our house but just by reading the other reviews...we are no longer supporting this store!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
