Plasma unit sold

I bought a plasma unit and paid for it to assembled. The store contacted me to come collect only to be told that my plasma unit has been sold. I have been waiting for them to contact me as they are not picking up my calls. I am defeated as I have fully paid for this. This the Decofurn at Fourways.
