Pathetic, unacceptable client service

Lack of service , *********** staff at Decofurn Edenvale . We visited the decofurn shop at Edenvale yesterday. We made a purchase and then had to got to the collection point. What pathetic, unprofessional service we got. Firstly we had wait in the extremely hot sun for over 30 mins, with no update as to how far our item is before it is comming out. Due to over exposure of sunlight over the years my face is verry sensitive to the sun. Yet they let you just stand and wait in the extremely hot sun. But hey Decofurn just dont care about their clients.............. This is totally unacceptable and i will definitely not do any purchases with Decofurn ever again. This is the worst ever service I got from a store. And I will definitely not recommend anybody do make use of decofurn. And the only excuse the wharehouse manager can say is sorry…… This is really unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!. Please address the matter and feedback is expected.
