Pathetic, stay away

Decofurn is a furniture store for people on a budget and that’s great but it really doesn’t help save money if after a year the product is broken and there is zero customer service. I bought a gaming chair in November 2022 and it has broken twice. The first time the plastic arm simply snapped and it took three weeks of begging to get a replacement, which I had to attach myself, not great customer service … Now the internal bracket that attaches the arm to the chair, the thing inside the base has snapped and I get told, tough luck, that’s not our problem. Decofurn claims that customer service comes first but as far as I can tell the customer doesn’t even matter. Truly pathetic and I will be telling everyone to stay away because it’s not worth the hassle.
