Pathetic shop

I had a bad experience with this shop. I bought furniture at Boksburg store and they told me they were going to deliver within 3 days. 5 days later, nothing had happened. I drove from Benoni to Boksburg to cancel my order and they told me they will refund . It's two weeks later i haven't received my money. I have been calling and the Manager would say he will call me back with feedback and i would still have to call in myself for feedback. Till this day i haven't received my money. Stay away from this shop. Their customer service is pathetic
