Pathetic Service – Zero Accountability

Absolutely unacceptable service from DecoFurn. Ordered in November and only received delivery three weeks later after endless chasing and zero communication. Delivery was rescheduled last minute. I left work based on the driver’s promised time, only to wait over an hour. The driver was completely unprofessional — I was even forced to lend him a sail to cover items on his open truck during a thunderstorm. Because of their delays, items were dumped in my garage without inspection. When opened the next day, the tabletop had a hole. Despite clear proof and their driver’s negligence, DecoFurn refuses to take responsibility. Do not trust this company with your money. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere
