Pathetic Service from the Manager

I purchased a variety of furniture from Deco Furn Greenstone to the value of R22000 three weeks ago. The sales person that assisted me during this transaction is Mohamed who is very capable and competent in what he does. One of the items purchased was a Bonded Leather Corner Lounge Suite, Mohamed checked on his device and he made sure that is was booked for me as I did the payment immediately.

I then made arrangements to fetch all my purchased items today from the branch. When I arrive there, they pulled out my stock according to my invoice and then I see a few workers carrying out a demo lounge suite to load into my truck, with no packaging what so ever due them not having stock of the new suits. If I wanted to buy a used lounge suite, I would have went to a garage sale, not DECO FURN.

I then queried this with Mr Buks, who is the Manager and he advised me that its his last day and he cannot make decisions as to weather he can give me a new lounge suit or not - Hello!!!! I paid for a NEW lounge suit not a demo lounge suit so its a no brainer!!! One of the guys at the warehouse then advised that there is stock in the Centurion warehouse which I NEED TO FETCH FROM CENTURION!!!

I asked for the manager in charge and Mohamed (the sales rep) took me to Colleen who was inside the office. Colleen then overheard my conversation as we were standing right by her window, Mohamed then said to me you can speak to Colleen, Colleen then shuts her blinds closed and screams out "I am not here and I don't want to hear anything!!!"

Is this how you guys do business??? Is this the type of Managers you have running your store??? it is pathetic, this is my first and last purchase from Deco Furn. I am not upset of the fact that my goods was not available, I am furious about the treatment I received from your so called Managers. They have no sense of Customer Service and certainly lack Managerial S****s and Leadership. Colleen is unprofessional and is not fit to be called a Manager. She was unable to help me and it was not even after your closing time of 5pm.

I will definitely spread my experience with Deco Furn to as many people I can reach out too as I wouldn't want another customer to receive this treatment.

I would like to thank Mohamed for his exceptional product knowledge and sales ethics. I came into your store to buy just a lounge suite but ended up leaving with a complete package for my household. Its sad that the same mentality and ethics does not apply to your so called management team, especially Colleen.
