Pathetic service From Decofurn

Pathetic service from Durban, Springfield Branch, spoke to this useless human being who did not help at all! On Wednesday the 21st November 2018 my wife and I purchased a lounge set and other items from Decofurn. We where told on the day that it would take 10 works days for delivery, which was on the Wednesday the 05th of December 2018. We had no deliver not even a call, I called and spoke to the salesman on 6th and 7th on both occasions he said he would call me back and he did not. Today I went to the store and waited 30min to speak to a manager, he then informed me that they sold stock that they didn’t have and I must choose something else. This is totally unacceptable and I demand a response from higher management!
