Pathetic Service-Everyone be warned

Pathetic pathetic pathetic.... Fully paid over 5K for various goods from this shop in March before lockdown. They did not have one of the items in stock at the time. After lockdown was eased I kept calling the call Centre and was advised that there is still no stock and they would get it in November. When I called in November I was promised a call back each time and no one called back. I decided to e-mail the store and below e-mail '***' '***' '***' I eventually got an answer that the item was in stock but was told I owe an additional R599 this after I had paid everything in March.... Told them that cannot be right but to no avail, when I asked for my refund I was told to come to their offices. I will not ever do business with such people ever again and has told may family and friends to pass the word and try warn people in south Africa about them...

Sadly their furniture is good, but I would like to warn everyone to not purchase from this shop.......
