Pathetic Service Delivery

I place an online order for a desk, paid for delivery and assembly of the desk. I was called by Hendrik on Friday 4th July and told that delivery be made between 11am and 6pm. I rearranged my day to accommodate the delivery only to be told that they cannot deliver and I must reschedule! Then Hendrick tells me that I am on the third delivery for Sunday which is totally unacceptable! I should have first preference due to their lack of scheduling. I was given excuses by the driver of being at a client for three hours. He was in my area but because they could not carefully check the address properly, it showed a different address. I need to speak to someone in head office immediately for this poor service! As a paying client I am not interested in excuses! I was called and delivery scheduled and I put aside my plans to accommodate the delivery now I must once again set my plans aside! We were told by hendrick that if we not happy we must collect the desk ourselves! Is this the kind of service that you provide??? Please contact me
