Pathetic service decfurn

I bought a couch from them in February 2020. When I went to fetch the couch in September I was told by Braam they first have to clear it. Braam then let me know that the couch has been cleared. When I went to fetch it I was told that I have already done so. Braam told me he head an eyewitness. He could neither produce the eyewitness name nor show me where I signed for the couch. Nothing leaves the store room without the buyers signature.
