Pathetic Service

Service is pathetic, I don't know why they are still in business. I received an sms at 07:46 saying my delivery is out, waited the whole day ony to receive an sms at 21:22 saying they tried to deliver and failed, that I must call in to arrange redelivery, tried to call in number ***, my call was cut off.
