PATHETIC service at Decorfurn Somerset West

I have never experienced such pathetic customer service,as that of Decorfurn Somerset West. Bought two bar stools,only assebled it the day after renovations,to see that its much higher than my counter.Spoke to the sales lady at the Somerset West branch,which were polite and agreed to return at no cost. Went to the shop the following day and the Manager refused to take it back.We explained that we do not want money back,as we still want to do business by just getting replacement stools that is bit shorter,but he refused.Nowhere on the invoice do they have their T's & C's, as they only give a short mesaage to go and read it on the website.This after you already purchase the goods.They can be assured that I will never make any purchase at that shop again and will definitly spread the word of the pathetic service
