Pathetic Service and Inferior Product Quality

Purchased a cane type chair on Friday 28 June 2019. When I collected it from their dispatched which took in the region of half an hour to be brought from warehouse, I was shown the top of the chair where the wrapping had been torn away to check for any damage. When I enquired where the cushion was I was inform it was underneath, which it was. Upon arrival at home I removed the wrapping turned the chair upside down, removed the cushion and found that the cross member plank was broken (someone had obviously stood on the seat of the chair) and that the side plank was also riddled with borer beetle holes. I immediately call the store but after numerous attempts could not get through. I then call their 087 number and was informed that they would inform the store manager to call me. After 2hrs I still had not heard from the manager so I sent an email which I received a reply from with a reference no and stating that I would be contacted within 48 hrs. On Tuesday I had still not heard from them so I phoned the 087 no again, inform them that I still had not been contacted and was told they would once again request store to contact me. Have still not heard from them and I even called store twice this morning and each time requested to speak to manager and while waiting was cut off.
