PATHETIC SERVICE AND DAMAGED GOODS

Bought recliners from the store in October, November 10to took a one seater as wasn't closing properly. they apparently said they would send it to get fixed. however they called to collect on the 26th November and to our surprise the couch looked like it was old and just standing in the warehouse or wherever! they even scrached the couch and then have the audacity to say it was sent. Decofurn are the worst furniture shop in the history cheap quality and false. i will make it my mission to get people not to purchase your products!! you people suck as for your employees teach them customer service!!!!
