Pathetic service

Bought a coffee table in Nov. I couldn't trace my order because I was sent an email consisting of a link that did not exist. Called decofurn and after numerous phone calls my coffee table finally arrived with missing *****s to assemble. I called and was taken from pillar to post and eventually was told the missing *****s would be sent via postnet. It never happened. I'm now sitting with a cheap quality coffee table which is unstable as I do not have all the *****s.I wonder if the treat all customers in this manner or is it jist me? I've never experienced such terrible service!
