Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!

Extremely disgusted by the level of after service, i have been sending e-mails complaining about an outdoor table that is bowing and today i received an e-mail advising that my query has been resolved, when they haven't even rep**** to my mails or a simple phone call.

Totally pathetic service!!!!!! and poor quality of furniture
