pathetic service

this is the second time I am writing to hello peter but still no help,,i requested a return on the 3/12/2018, filled in a form and sent it together with the photos as I don't want the products I bought anymore, I am not satisfied with them, I keep sending email almost twice in a week, what they keep asking me is the very same photos I have sent them, I sent the photos almost 5th time, I am so ****ed with this store, and will like for them to respond positively to me and fetch their products to pay back my refund, its been long now..
