Pathetic service

I purchased furniture 6 dinning chairs, 1 dinning table, 3 barstole, 2 artworks (payed R10k). Initially i was promised to receive my stock within 2 weeks. 1 month went by without receiving any stock nor any communication from the shop. I decided the visit the store again to enquire to my surprise i got bad attitude ( I was told we will get back to you)...After endless excuses, I eventually did receive my stock after threatening to demand my money back . the 2 dinning chairs i received were not new (i received dirty chairs)....

its now six weeks and am still waiting for my order to be sorted out.

just a warning people, if you care about your hard earned money then think twice about ordering anything from DecorFurn.
