Pathetic horrible service non-delivery

I finished paying my laybye on 28 November and sent the proof of payment the same day. I have been calling almost everyday enquiring about the delivery as I also paid delivery fee. I was put on hold for 15 monutes and finally dropped the call. When I finally got hold of the guy in the delivery dept he told me that he did not get notification that my stuff should be delivered and he will ask someone to call me and that has not happened. I sent 2 emails to which there's still no response so I still dont know when the delivery will be made and I'm leaving for holidays soon. I thought I'd go back to buy a bed but after this, see me no more!
