Pathetic. Do not buy from them

Pathetic post sales service from Decofurn Montague Gardens. Purchased a couch from them less than a year ago and one of the legs came off. The remainder of the legs are loose. Returned the couch to the store on Saturday and was told I could choose another couch and go for the exchange at the cashier. When I arrived at the cashier I was told they had made a mistake and that they would not replace the couch but repair it instead. Also that there is no warranty on the repair so if it breaks again they would not assist me. I was unhappy about this and raised my concerns with the two managers who approached me but neither of them were understanding or helpful. I was told that I would be contacted by the area manager, Leon Joubert on Monday. It is now Wednesday and i have not been contacted. I have called in day after day and Leon will not take my calls. The manager I dealt with on Saturday, Allan,was rude and intimidating. Stood with his shoulders hunched and arms crossed. Decofurn now has my couch in their position, have not contacted me, will not allow me to speak to the area manager and have not made any effort to return the couch to me. Absolutely pathetic service. Do not purchase from them
