Pathetic delivery service

The most pathetic delivery service I has ever experienced....I bought a cupboard last week Friday paid for delivery fee a driver called me on sunday morning to ask if he can deliver he only came 21h30 on sunday evening only to deliver a broken cupboard...The driver told us to phone in on Monday and request for a new cupboard we were told they going 2 deliver a new one monday we waited till 21h00 no delivery...after phoning Tuesday morning again we were promised that Nadeem the driver will deliver and he will phone us with a time....waited for his call only to get a sms saying delivery failed phone the call centre to arrange a new delivery time not even a contact number on where to phone to...by the time the montugue gardens dispatch branch finally answered an having to call the call centre spoke to a Monique we were promised by the manager Rowena of the Montugue dispatch branch that delivery will take place today after 5....we called again today to ask who the driver is that's going to deliver and his number was told by a gentleman he will call back with this details....its 19h30 no phone call no delivery pathetic is this how you treat your customers.
