Pathetic Customer Service

Bought items in store Montague Gardens, Cape Town was told I would receive my order / collect within 7 days as it needs to be assembly. I went to collect the items after 7 days only to be told that the item was out of stock and they were expecting the items soon. I went back again on the 6th December - to be told that they've received the item but they are not sure if they can be able to assembly in the required time. I then went to cancel my order with the cashiers, I was promised that they will deposit the funds in my account as I had paid cash. Today is the 13th December still no funds in my account. I called numerous times - no straight forward answer. This is shocking and frustrating !
