Pathetic customer service at Decofurn Port Elizabeth

Should have looked at their NPS score before I walked into the Port Elizabeth store. We found the exact chairs that we were looking for. Ordered and paid the chair and were informed that it will take three weeks. After 3 weeks + 3 days I phoned and the consultant could not help me. After about an hour someone from the store phoned me to inform me that it will take another 6 weeks. Nobody phoned me after I placed my initial order to inform me of the delay. When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund I was told to go to the store. I don't have the time to drive out of my way to visit places with bad service and asked to speak to a manager, I was told he will phone me. Obviously I had to phone the next day to speak to a manager. I was emailed a form to complete for my refund and on the form it said it can take up to 7 days. Today is day 10 and still no refund. I recommend that you refrain from ordering from Decofurn.
