Pathetic customer service

After placing an online order, I have sent an email on the 23rd of August, the 26th and the 29th all to confirm that my furniture would arrive in time for my move, I made 2 phone calls today to follow up both said the driver will contact me, the last phone call being with Monique.

I expect by order to be deliver tomorrow the 1st of September as it was bought and paid for on the 19th of August.
