Pathetic Customer Service

The service is absolutely mind blowing and a disgrace. I made a purchase online Monday the 26th. Then Leatitia/ Neh emails to say they don’t deliver in Bluedowns which is then they should not accept the online purchase but they want the business. Then I say I will collect at Somerset West, I don’t what happened with one of the pedestals I ordered and I was told on Wednesday my order is now with S/West. Shame the lady Ayanda called me Thursday to have the decency to explain and ordered at another store with the hope I can collect today the 2nd. I bet she didn’t get the item hence she’s still quite at this time. You wonder why your sales have gone down, your service and customer agents are absolutely pathetic, send them on training on dealing with customers, we not buying on credit these items we pay for them upfront, treat us with the decency we deserve. I for one will never buy at your store again . I am thanks🚮
