Pathetic customer service

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the way my order and the delivery staff treated my mother. Firstly, no arrangement was made prior to delivery, as stated in the email below. A call was made only when the delivery arrived at the house and no one was home. I had to make arrangements with my mother to go and accept the delivery, as I am not currently in George. When my mother wanted to check that everything was there according to the invoice, the delivery guys were not accommodating and were extremely rude, stating that they would rather load everything up again and send it back to Cape Town. Excuse me? A R25,000 order, and you have a problem with it being checked when a paper must be signed? And then you have an attitude when clarity is sought regarding why there are 19 items instead of the 21 that were ordered, as per the invoice! I would not recommend anyone support your business because this is not acceptable customer service.
